Completed Creekstone appliance repairs include a 90-day warranty on covered installed parts and labour, subject to the warranty conditions and exclusions explained on this page.
Coverage begins on the date the covered repair is completed.
The warranty applies to the specific repair completed by Creekstone and is intended to cover issues associated with that repair during the applicable warranty period.
Warranty coverage is available for 90 days from the date the covered repair is completed.
Parts installed by Creekstone as part of the covered repair are included within the applicable 90-day warranty period.
Labour directly associated with the completed covered repair is included during the warranty period.
If an issue related to the original covered repair returns within the warranty period, contact Creekstone so the situation can be reviewed.
The warranty is limited to the repair completed by Creekstone. It does not provide general coverage for the entire appliance or unrelated future failures.
Coverage does not automatically extend to components that were not part of the original Creekstone repair.
Warranty coverage does not apply once the applicable 90-day period has ended.
Clogs, blockages, and similar obstructions are not covered under the repair warranty.
Damage caused directly or indirectly by improper use, misuse, accidental damage, or other user actions is not covered.
Damage or malfunction caused by foreign objects entering pumps, motors, or other mechanical components is not covered.
A repeated symptom is not automatically a warranty issue if diagnosis shows that a different component or a new failure is responsible.
If you believe a problem is related to a recent Creekstone repair, contact us during the applicable warranty period so the issue can be reviewed.
Contact us as soon as you notice the issue during the applicable 90-day warranty period.
Tell us which appliance was repaired, which symptom returned, and when you noticed the problem again.
The appliance may need to be reassessed to determine whether the problem relates to the original covered repair or to a separate failure.
A repeated symptom does not automatically qualify as a warranty issue. Coverage depends on whether the cause is connected to the original covered repair.
Contact CreekstoneIf you believe an issue may be related to a recent Creekstone repair, contact us first and provide the details of the original service so the warranty situation can be reviewed.
Additional work performed before Creekstone has an opportunity to review the issue may make it harder to determine whether the problem relates to the original covered repair.
