These Terms & Conditions explain the general conditions that apply when you request or receive appliance repair service from Creekstone Appliance Repair.

By booking service, you agree to provide accurate information, ensure reasonable access to the appliance, and follow the applicable service, warranty, cancellation, and privacy terms.

Service Terms

Conditions for appliance service

These general conditions help ensure that diagnosis and repair can be carried out safely and reasonably.

01

Booking information

Customers should provide accurate contact details and, where available, useful information about the appliance, its brand or model, and the problem being experienced.

02

Diagnosis

Creekstone may need to inspect and diagnose the appliance before the cause of the problem or the appropriate repair can be confirmed. A visible symptom or error code does not necessarily identify the underlying cause.

03

Repair completion

Creekstone will make reasonable efforts to complete the required repair, but additional visits may sometimes be required for further diagnosis, parts ordering, or completion of the work.

Access & Safety

The appliance must be safe to access

Service may be postponed or declined when the appliance or surrounding area cannot be accessed safely.

01

Reasonable access

Appliances must be safely and reasonably accessible for inspection, diagnosis, and repair.

02

Safe environment

Service may be refused or postponed where there are unsafe, hazardous, unsanitary, or otherwise unreasonable working conditions.

03

Animals and other hazards

Customers may be asked to secure animals or address conditions that could interfere with safe service before work can proceed.

Limitations & Exclusions

Conditions outside the repair itself

Pre-existing or unrelated problems

Creekstone is not responsible for appliance conditions, defects, or failures that are unrelated to the work performed or that existed independently of the covered repair.

Manufacturer recalls or external programs

Manufacturer recalls, manufacturer warranties, distributor programs, builder programs, and similar third-party coverage remain the responsibility of the applicable third party.

Events outside reasonable control

Creekstone is not responsible for delays or failure to perform where performance is prevented by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including serious weather events, supply disruptions, or other force majeure circumstances.
